BSF organizes pension adalat for retired personnel | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 15: A Pension Adalat was inaugurated by Inspector General Border Security Force Jammu, N S Jamwal at frontier HQ BSF, Paloura Camp Jammu. Around 400 pensioners of BSF who came from all over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab registered their grievances for pension related issues in front of BSF and Account Officers from Pension Revision Cell Delhi. On the occasion, the IG BSF said that the organization always committed for the welfare of our retirees and their families through such type of schemes and Pension Adalat is one of the mechanism for retired force personnel through which they can take up cases of pension related grievances. with the help of such types of localized camps , their grievances are addressed without going to higher Headquarters. During the inauguration ceremony, the retired raised points like One Rank One Pension, establishment of pension cell at frontier level, disparity in pension in comparison to the other forces,issue of Canteen card, facility of BSF grocery ration through stores etc. During the Pension Adalat a medical camp is also organised for retirees and their family. |
