| Mayor JMC visits various localities | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, July 15: Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Chander Mohan Gupta today visited areas of Rajpura Shiv nagar, Shakti Nagar of ward no.33 and met with residents of the locality and took stock of the problems being faced by them.
The locals of the area apprised him about renovations of drains/nallahs and their proper disilting well before rainy season, lifting of garbage on routine basis, installation of street lights , lifting of stray dogs and animals etc.
Mayor also visited Shamshan Ghat Shakti Nagar and started the work of installation of tiles in the cremation ground on the demands of general public & directed the engineering wing to complete the said work on war footing & assured the inhabitants that all their other demands may be fulfilled on priority basis. |
