From Mumbai to Manipur and Kapurthala to Kanyakumari, more than 75,000 people did the Happiness Program across 2500 locations in the last 3 days thru webcast and connected virtually to learn secrets for a happy, joyful and stress-free life from the founder of The Art of Living, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
In Jammu region participants joined in Scores at Temple of Knowledge, an Art of Living Centre at Trikata nagar extn. from all walks of life & backgrounds doctors, homemakers, Engineers, IT professionals, educationists ,Ex Army, youth, businessmen, industrialists, people from govt and private sectors ,lawyers, Hindus, Muslims, Christians, , Jains and many others, connecting humanity through the power of breath.
Apart from the powerful breathing techniques, Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the program had interactive wisdom sessions that provided practical life tools to handle any difficult or stressful situation in life. |
