Jammu, Aug 23: Staff Training College, J&K Grameen Bank concluded the two days training session organized for the newly recruited officers of the Bank. According to press release, Chairman, J&K Grameen Bank, Janak Raj Angural in his opening comments extended warm welcome to all the fresh appointees as officers and gave a brief description of J&K Grameen Bank activities, its presence in the state and its financial parameters. General Manager, J&K Grameen Bank, D.K. Bali also spoke on the occasion. Principal, Staff Training College & PRO, J&K Grameen Bank, Vipan Gupta said the basic objective of this training programme is to acquaint our young blood with the basics of banking business so as to make them capable of handling the day to day business with finesse in the best interests of bank, its customers and its employees. He said that such sessions when made interactive do expand the horizons of our knowledge and experience in the shortest possible time. Senior and highly knowledgeable Officers of J&K Grameen Bank like Pawan Gupta, R.S. Koul, Sahil Sharma, Komal, Geetika Arora, Priyanka Sharma, Atul Sharma, Parveen Bansal, Shubam Sharma, Tanvi Mahajan, Gagan Bangotra, Ashok Kumar, etc. delivered lectures over various topics like Customer dealing, KYC norms, AML, Cash management, NEFT/RTGS, Various lending schemes, NPA management, Digital Banking, Legal Aspects, Service Rules, Social security Schemes & Insurance Business. |
