| One Day on Drug De- Addiction ,Emerging Technologies organized | | |

Jammu, Aug 30 : NSS Wing and IQAC of Govt M.A.M College Jammu organised one day seminar /awareness on "Drug De-addiction emerging technologies" in the college campus. The NSS programme officer Prof. Devinder Kumar Sharma welcomed the invited guests and speakers. The principal of the college Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Sharma appricaited the efforts of the organisers in spreading the awareness about Drug de-addiction among the students and the youth. He also presented Books to the invited guests as a token of respect. The guest of Honour and invited speaker Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Director, SAARC Nation, SOTI internation company deliberated at length and aware the students about 4th and 5th Generation Drugs like Methamphetamines, its harmful effects and the way by which one could avoid and overcome this addiction at the very onset. The Seminar included interactive question answer activity with students and motivating lectures was appreciated by all the students. The officials of Winnovtion Education service, Mr. Sarbinder Singh (Director), Mr. Sudhir Pathania (Regional Manager), Mr. Navdeep Singh Marketing Director along with Faculty of the College Prof. Dr. Rakesh Kumar Koul Convenor IQAC, Prof. Shabila Wani NSS (Programme Officer) also apprised the students about drug de-addictoin parameters.
Among the students who interacts with the invited speaker are Anchal Singh (Head Boy NSS Science Stream), Karan Singh (Head Boy NSS Arts), Kamakshi, Omit Kumar etc. |
