Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 4: The Batwal Community organized a religious function for peace in Jammu and Kashmir at village Domana in Tehsil Jammu North, where a large number of people irrespective of caste, religion and creed participated with great enthusiasm. The event was held under a supervision of Subedar Major (Retd) Gunni Ram Kaith and Subedar (Retd) Hans Raj Kaith. The devotees performed the havan and puja of Bawa Surgal and other Hindu gods which forced the participants to sit for hours. On the occasion, the Organizing Committee honoured the J&K Batwal Welfare Association members and dignitaries by giving them a mark of honour. The religious leaders called upon everyone to come forward to serve God in life with full devotion.
