UDHAMPUR, SEPTEMBER 05: The Department of Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), today organized an awareness camp for Sarpanchs of Block Udhampur.
The programme was held under the guidance of District Programme Officer, Rimpy Ohri in the office premises of ICDS Projects.
Speaking on the occasion, PO ICDS Rimpy Ohri informed about various schemes of ICDS. The PO sought the support of the PRIs for effective implementation of the schemes viz, Decentralization Policy for procurement of Supplementary Nutrition under ICDS, PMMVY and Beti Bachao Beti Padha.
District Social welfare Officer, Sana Khan also spoke on the occasion. She sought the Sarpanchs help for authentication/re- verification of the existing pensioners of all schemes of Social Welfare department viz. NSAP and ISSS.
The camp was attended by IAS Probationer, Faz ul Haseeb, CDPO, Udhampur Yash Paul Sharma, CDPO Ghordi, Sanjeev Sharma, besides Supervisors and staff members of ICDS/Social Welfare.
