Dumping of dry grass near residential areas banned 9/5/2019 9:59:26 PM Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Sept 5: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana today banned dumping of dry grass (cattle Fodder) within 100 meter radius of the residential houses/villages. The restrictions under 144 Cr. P. C. have been imposed to avoid fire incidents witnessed in past.
