Awareness programme on SWM held

JAMMU, Sept 6: An awareness programme of Solid Waste Management, Plastic Waste Management and Plantation drive was organized by Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) in collaboration with Principal Parveen Akhter Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Shastri Nagar Jammu in her school of Ward No. 22.
The programme was organized by Dr. Zaffar Iqbal, MVO/Nodal Officer Solid Waste Management, JMC. He told the different ways to dispose off solid waste from the school to the society. Programme was attended by Ashwani Kumar, Romit Verma , Davinder Singh and other team of JMC installed the banners and posters.
