| Chowki Officer caught red-handed taking bribe | | |
JAMMU: A Chowki Officer, posted in Rajouri district, caught red-handed while he was taking bribe from a person on Saturday.
Police sources told that a complaint was lodged in Anti Corruption Bureau Jammu against the Chowki Office for demanding a bribe in a case which was under his jurisdiction. After receiving a complaint, a trap was laid down by ACB and he was arrested when he was accepting a bribe from a person.
Sources further added that the officer was brought to Jammu city’s Police Station for his interrogation. More details awaited
