Jammu, Sept 18: Former legislator Sat Sharma (CA) today started construction works of deep drains near Bread factory, Paloura, Ward 35.
He was accompanied by a large number of people including Corporators of Ward 35 and 38 Yash Pal Sharma (Mantoo) & Surinder Sharma, District President BJP Ayodhya Gupta, State Secretary and Incharge Jammu West Praduman Singh, UEED (Urban Environmental Engineering Department) officials, local residents and political activists of the area.
The works will be done under the supervision of UEED at an estimated cost of Rupees 8 lakhs and crates will be installed along with a wall so that water from deep drains do not come out and a proper streamlining could be done.
Mandal President BJP Vijay Sharma, Mandal General Secretary BJP Raveesh Mengi, Sanket Sharma, Sanjay Bhat, Vijay Sharma, Sandesh Dogra, Master Magotra, Master Joginder Pal Sharma, Vicky Sharma, Yash Pal Gupta and several others were also present. |
