Jammu, Sept 18: In a joint raid conducted by various departments a total of 111 kilograms of polythene was seized while a fine of Rs. 2800 was imposed on the defaulters in Hiranagar area.
Tehsildar Sohan Lal warned for action if shopkeepers would not stop using the polythene carry bags.
Range officer Ashok Raina, Inspector Pyt Sumit Kumar, SI JP Singh sect Pyt Lukhinder Singh Ashwani and Vicky Khajuria were also present during the drive. |
