| SMVD Narayana SSH treats an old cardiac patient | | |

Jammu, Oct 16: A sixty year old cardiac patient was successfully treated at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital (SMVDNSH) by Dr. Nikhil Mahajan, Senior Cardiologist, thus improving the long-term survival of the patient.
Under the leadership of Dr Nikhil Mahajan (Cardiologist) the patient successfully underwent complex cardiac procedure at SMVD Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, and a CRT-D device was implanted in the heart of the patient. As CRT-D enhance diseased hearts' effectiveness and increase blood flow, its implantation is one of the rarest forms of surgery for cardiac treatment. |
