UDHAMPUR, Oct 21: A five day long basic training course for students, conducted by Civil Defence Udhampur, today concluded at Government Polytechnic College Udhampur.
The basic training course is being organized by the Directorate of Civil Defence Jammu on the direction of Incharge Senior Superintendent of Police Directorate of Civil Defence Jammu, Vikas Gupta and supervision of Deputy Controller, Civil Defence, Udhampur Anuroop Sharma.
Around 40 students along with faculty members participated in the training program.
During the course, demonstration cum lectures on First Aid, CPR, Fire Fighting, Loops and Knots, Snake Bite, Chocking, Earth Quake etc. were delivered by the learned instructors and their team. |
