POONCH, Oct 22: District Development Commissioner, Rahul Yadav, today chaired an officers meeting to review the status of development works being executed under Mahatama Gandhi National Rural Employment Generation Act (MGNREGA), PMAY and other schemes.
The meeting was attended by ACD Abdul Qayoom Mir, Executive Engineer REW Surinder Kumar, BDO NSSB, BDO Mandi, BDO Mankote, BDO Surankote/Mendhar and other concerned officers and officials.
DDC had a detailed review of various development works being done under GIS Plan/MGNREGA like construction of water tanks, tractor roads, Bunkers, water harvesting tanks, building works, Panchayat ghar, Anganwari centres and others.
He directed the concerned officers to speed up the pace of work on all development works besides ensuring clearance of all pending bills under different schemes for 2017-18 and 2018-19.
DDC directed the concerned BDOs to upgrade Mobile Monitoring system through mobile app and prepare GIS plan on saturation mode under MGNREGA. He instructed them to execute all pending Geo tagging works at the earliest and gave strict directions for timely payment to the beneficiaries of PMAY. |
