Srinagar, Oct 22: The social welfare department (SWD) has failed to remit the sanctioned Merit cum Means scholarship into the accounts of the selected candidates.
The applications were submitted last year but to this day the poor students are waiting for the scholarship. They have urged the concerned authorities to do the needful. Nobody from the SWD was available for comments. |
