Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 17: The general house of J&K High Court Bar Association (HCBA) has constituted an advisory committee, which will take further course of action in view of their ongoing agitation. According to press release, J&K High Court Bar Association has abstained from work in all course indefinitely. During the meeting many members expressed their views and finally it was unanimously decided to constitute an Advisory Committee which will guide and decide the further course of action as per the decision of General House and accordingly the advisory committee comprising of D.K. Khajuria Advocate, V.R. Wazir Sr. Advocate, D.S. Saini Advocate, Surinder Singh Advocate, Sunil Sethi Sr. Advocate, all former Presidents of J&K High Court Bar Association U.K. Jalali Sr. Advocate, former Advocate General J&K State, KS Johal Sr. Advocate, Ms. Surinder Kour Sr. Advocate, Rajesh Kotwal Advocate former Vice President J&K High Court Bar Association, M.U. Salaria former Vice President, J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu and S. Rupinder Singh Advocate former General Secretary, J&K High Court Bar Association, was constituted. The first meeting of the Advisory Committee is scheduled to be held on 18.11.2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the office of J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu. |
