Order No. 114 GAD of 2019 Dated 23.01.2019 for backlog and fresh in respect of each gazetted category without referring the cases to the JKPSC/DPC for one time exemption of the officers for regularisation. They also said that decision was hailed by the each Gazetted Cadre of School Education officers and we are thankful to Govt. for this kind step but inspite of issuing these orders our genuine demands of regularisation of Head masters, ZEO's, remaining subject Lectures and Principals have not been fulfilled till date for which we are waiting eagerly.
