Kathua, Dec 7: The three day mega exhibition "Sanrachna 2019" concluded today at Sver Palace, Kathua. The valedictory function was attended by the Member of Parliament, Shamsher Singh Manhas as a Chief Guest. Rajiv Jasrotia, former MLA and Neha Jalali, Deputy Director Regional Outreach Bureau, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India (J&K Region) were Guests of Honour on the occasion. On the occasion, Shamsher Singh Manhas visited all the stalls and interacted with officers and officials of various departments. Speaking to the media, Manhas said that Sanrachna 2019 aims at providing a greater platform for mass awareness with the idea that power is gained by spreading knowledge. Later in his address, he further said that it is an effort to bring about 50 departments together under one umbrella to make the citizens known to the policies, programmes and techniques of Government for the benefit of local and rural masses. Miss Neha Jalali, Deputy Director, in her address said that the Mega event is a platform for Science and Technology enthusiasts, Farmers, Traders, Industrialists & Students to interact with Policy makers, Scientists and Researchers which will surely encourage them towards the best learning technologies in science and other fields. |
