| Bovine smuggling bid foiled | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 11: In continuation to its special drive against the menace of Bovine smuggling launched on the direction of SSP Reasi on 10.12.2019 during night hours, a police party of PCP Dharmari on a specific information laid a Naka at Sounchal Gali Dharmari and intercepted a load carrier Auto vehicle bearing registration No. JK19-7250 and rescued 02 Bovine animal from smugglers namely Mohd Yousaf S/o Abdullaah R/o Kanthi and Mohd Khalad S/o Mushtaq R/o Kanthi. The smugglers were found carrying these bovine animals towards Kashmir via Mahore without permission. Both the accused persons have been arrested and vehicle No. JK19-7250 which was used for transportation of bovine animals has also been seized. In this regard, case FIR No. 104/2019 U/S 188 IPC stand registered at Police Station Arnas and investigation has been.
