| CPFWA holds meeting | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 20: A meeting of Ex. Central Paramilitary Force Welfare Association (CPFWA) was today held at R.S.Pura.
The meeting was held under the leadership of General Secretary DK Chauhan and was attended by all the members.
The members present in the meeting demanded separate armed forces service and pension rules instead of CCS Rule, and exempt from New pension scheme (NPS) being Armed Forces. Other demands include One - Rank one pension (COROP) similar to Defense Forces, implementation of Act 1972 regarding civil pension rules in which only 7 % reserved for Paramilitary Forces and 93% f or the civilian combine together whereas the rule for paramilitary forces should be separated from the civilian one. |
