Jammu, Jan 22: The enforcement staff of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) sealed an illegal structure being constructed by Mohan Lal S/o Garibu Dass, R/O 22-P, Sector-3, Channi Himmat, Jammu under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988.
The said structures was converted from stilt floor for parking to commercial purpose without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation and causing nuisance, traffic hazard in the vicinity and much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area who have complained against the same. |
