| Dachal villages without water | | |

MENDHAR, Jan 28: Several villages of Dachal area of Mendhar are without water supply as its pumping station is lying defunct for the last about Two week.
The villagers alleged that motor of Dachal PHE Pumping Station went out of order a two week back. With this, the water supply to several adjoining villages and hamlets has been affected. The matter was also brought to the notice of PHE staff at Mendhar Sub Division, but they claimed that fault pertained to PHE Mechanical wing Poonch. The villagers urged upon the higher authorities at Poonch to ensure water supply to the area. |
