KKHMS urges Govt to redress grievances of Kashmiri migrants

JAMMU, Jan 28: A joint emergency meeting of Kashmiri Khatri Hindu Maha Sabha (KKHMS) , Kashmiri Khatri Yuvak Sabha and Displaced Kashmiri Unemployed Youths Union was held at Durga Nagar under the chairmanship of its President Er Ramesh Chander Mahajan, where in various problems were discussed and it was urged upon UT and Centre Govt to fulfill genuine grievances of displaced Kashmiri people.
The meeting demanded to enhance monthly cash relief assistance to Relief holders and Pension along with other allowance to pensioners with free medical aids, immediate implementation of Ayushman Bharat scheme to migrants, to extended the pending time bond promotion to employees under the PM package who are entitled for the same in lieu of rendered long service on same post with immediate revocation of this biased transfer policy imposed on migrant employees.
It also demanded for sanctioning loan under centre skill development programme to youths who crossed the over aged limit and one time assistance /Compensation of 25 lakh. The meeting demanded for filling up pending posts under PM package be given to the overage unemployed youths with special relaxation in age limit and priority to be given to one family member one job and immediate absorbance of candidate in the waiting list of PM package besides holding on spot recruitment drive in all police forces in camps and non-camps for youths , creation and reservation of additional 35000 Posts in various deptt in lieu of retired 25000 migrants posts
