TIC organizes debate on “Environmental Protection”

RAMNAGAR, Feb 17: Directorate of Information and Public Relation’s Tehsil office Ramnagar today organized a debate contest on topic “Environmental Protection” at Bhartiya Vidya Mandir High School, Ramnagar.
Principal of the host school Vishal Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion.
As many as, 11 students participated in the contest and expressed their concern over the increasing environmental pollution.
Suhani of class 8th clinched the first position while Suvan of class 9th and Akshit of class 9th won the second and third position respectively. Besides, Pranvi and Radhika bagged consolation prizes.
The chief guest urged for holding more such programmes in schools for awareness of youth about the need and measures as well for Environmental Protection.
Later, the chief guest distributed prizes among the participants.
