| Drug peddler arrested with 32 Kg poppy straw | | |

JAMMU, Feb 20: Jammu Police today arrested one drug peddler along with 32 Kg poppy straw from Panjtirthi Chowk.
According sources a police team from Police Post Panjtirthi during checking signaled one vehicle (Tavera) bearing registration No.JK18-0370 for checking. During checking of luggage belonging to one Azad Hussain Sheikh resident of Kulgam, 32 Kgs of poppy straw-like substance was recovered from his possession.
In this connection, case FIR No 32/2020 U/S 8/15 NDPS Act has been registered at P/S Pacca Danga and investigation took up. |
