| Open football tournament begins | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 24: The state wide open tournament of panchayat/block level football today begun at GDC Kathua.
The tournament is organized by Department of Youth Services & Sports of District Kathua and J&K Sports Council.
The tournament was called open by Principal GDC Kathua Asha Ram in the presence of Dysso Kathua Sunil Kumar and president of Football Association Kathua.
The first match wasplayed between Block Hiranagar v/s Block Basholi in which block Hiranagar won by 2-0 goal & Second match played between Block Barnoti v/s Block malhar in which block barnoti won by 6-0 goals. |
