Ramban police conducts PCPG meeting at Ind Gool

RAMBAN, Feb 24: To strengthen the Police Public relations and to bring people nearer to the Police for better output in prevention and detection of crime, a PCPG (Police Community Partnership Group) meeting was held by SDPO Gool Mohd Rafi Giri at Ind Gool under overall supervision of SSP Ramban Haseeb-ur-Rehman and ASP Sanjay Parihar in which community members from neighbouring areas, panches, sarpanches, Patel Construction Company officers participated. "A wide range of issues ranging from law and order, drug menace , job in Railway Construction Companies, transparent and friendly policing, unscheduled curtailment of electricity, transformers for Masua and Sasal, teaching staff for High School Mahakund, road connectivity with Gool and other issues were raised during the meeting.
The chairing officer assured the participants that their genuine issues pertaining to police will be resolved on priority and those pertaining to police shall be taken up with civil administration through proper channel.
Cooperation was also sought from the participants to eradicate social crimes from the society," he added.
VDC SPOs and members were also directed for remaining alert to thwart designs of anti-social and anti-national elements.
Separately a meeting was also held with Patel Construction Co Pvt Ltd to hear them to ensure that no one hinders the work of National Railway Project unnecessarily.
