JAMMU, Feb 26: In an impressive function, held at Krishna Palace, Muthi Jammu, annual Gram Panchayat Awards ceremony was organized by ex-Sarpanch Raj Roop Singh along with the ex- panchs of the erstwhile Panchayat Muthi. Various prominent social activists including Rajan Gupta, senior vice president Shiv Sena (Bal Thackrey), Jammu; Veer Singh Hindu and the entire team of “Shoorveer Jammu Sangthan” also collaborated for the programme. The awards were distributed by Raj Roop Singh along with chief guest Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation and guest of honour Suram Singh, SP Rural, Jammu. The chief guest presented awards to various brilliant students of different schools for achieving 80% and above percentage of marks, distinctions and positions in 10th and Higher Secondary classes during session 2018-2019.
Chief Guest also honoured the Principals and teachers of different schools for their dedication towards education and also presented awards to various Media persons for their devotion towards their profession. |
