Jammu, Apr 1: An NGO “Set India” has decided to distribute food items like Rice, Atta, Dal, Oil, Soap, Mirch, Haldi etc among the poorer and very needy families.
Gourav Sharma from Miran Sahib came forward to distribute ration to families putting up in slum localities.
Yesterday the NGO had distributed necessary items to 50 families in Channi Himmat area.
Ajay Negi toady distributed 400kg rice among 75 families.
Volunteers including Naveen Sharma, Rakesh kumar, Varinder Kumar, Jagdish Kumar and Anoop Kumar were taking part in the programme.
