Former Minister distributes essential items among needy 4/2/2020 12:43:48 AM Early Times Report Vijaypur, Apr 1: Amid outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic Former Minister Chander Parkash Ganga today distributes essential items among needy at Panchayat Kartholi with the help of volunteers from the NGO Khalsa Aid. Volunteers distributes ration among 600 daily wage earners from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Odisha who were working in Bari brahmana and live around the slum areas in Dhyainsar.
