JAMMU, Apr 6: District Police Samba seized a Brick Klin functioning in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ramgarh alongwith JCB and car for violating the ongoing lockdown orders in view of COVID-19 threat. During the inspection carried out by joint team of SDM Vijaypur, SDPO Vijaypur and alongwith SHO Ramgarh found a Brick Klin M/S New Om Bricks at Chumbian, Vijaypur illegally functioning during lockdown period and violating the orders of District Magistrate Samba.
Accordingly the said Brick Klin alonwith JCB and car bearing Registration No. JK02BW-3800 were seized. In this connection, a case FIR No. 30/2020 US 188 IPC, 51 (B) Disaster Management Act against the proprietor of Brick Klin M/ S New Om Bricks at Chumbian, Vijaypur got registered and investigation taken up. |
