JAMMU, Apr 8: JK Excise State Taxes Employees Welfare Society (JKESTEWS) while greeting the people of J&K Union Territory (JKUT) on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Baraat has appealed them to extend cooperation to the government in combating coronavirus pandemic. Chief Patron of the Society Rtd IAS Officer and ex-VC JDA Mohd Aslam in his message of greetings on Shab-e-Baraat has appealed to civil society of JKUT to maintain peace and communal harmony on the auspicious occasion thereby helping government to combat with the covid-19 crisis in JK UT and country at large. He said during night hours of this auspicious occasion we all need to pray for peace, progress & prosperity. Shab-e-Baraat is one of the most sacred nights where believers express their unshakeable faith in the Almighty. This sacred night known as the night of fortune, blessings and giving which signify the supremacy of faith and oneness of God. President of Society Rtd DC Excise Vijay Sharma appealed the members and youth of civil society to spread this message of brotherhood and communal harmony in whole of JKUT. |
