Jammu, Apr 20: Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra Chairman OBC Department Pradesh Congress Committee J&K demanded the economic package for the OBC peoples of J&K amid spread of COVID- 19 pandemic. Adv. Suresh K. Dogra said As Lockdown Period has completed approximately I month for limiting movement of the entire 1.3 billion population of the Country including Union Territory of J&K and all weaker sections as well as upper sections have faced a big Economic loss,In a Lockdown many measures that Government has announced couldn't yield desired results, As OBCs peoples who are the big sufferers due to their Backward status also described in their Category certificate " Socially, Economically, and Educationally underprivileged class" should immediately be privileged with a Economy package, This weaker section having various Castes like Tarkhan, Jheewar, Sain Samaj (Barbar) Kumhar, Labhana, Nazar, Shiglikar, Teli and so many dependent upon their daily earning by petty manual works like Rehari fadi, Hair cutting, potter on, Carpenter, Vendors, all are alike should be compensated with a Economic package and After Lifting the Lockdown they peoples will also to face Bank EMI for small loan taker,School fee for children,Transportation etc. Dogra further added As OBC peoples are very large in numbers and Every Political party treat them as Medium of vote Bank, So every OBC leaders working in different political parties should focus and raise the voice for this Demand simultaneously. |
