Jammu, Apr 20: Appreciating their role in maintaining law and order during COVID-19 lockdown, the residents of Jammu West felicitated SDPO Jammu West Amit Kumar and Station House Officer (SHO) Sarwal Vishav Partap.
In a very simple function, the Ward No 24 Sarwal Corporater Anu Bali, Vinay Gupta, Karandeep Singh, Ashu Sharma and Mantoo Singh presented them flowers as a mark of honor. Speaking on the occasion, the residents said that the police have been playing very pivotal road in maintaining law and order and creating awareness among the people about COVID-19.
They also showered praises in their favour for discharging twenty four hours duty in the service of people during this tough time when entire country has been through a very tough phase. Meanwhile police officers expressed their thanks to the people for honouring them and appealed the people to stay at home and follow the guidelines issued by the government. |
