| Illusionary bonanza given to people by BJP led Govt: Kundal | | |

SAMBA, June 4: BJP led govt at the centre is betraying the public of J&K by putting heavy taxes on them and raising the costs of daily use articles, said ex-minister and senior JKNPP leader Yashpal Kundal adding that the saffron party is providing only an illusionary bonanza to the people to befool them. Addressing a press conference here today, Yashpal Kundal said that people are not able to understand as how to come out of the burden and pressure laid on them. He said that the people’s miseries could be gauged from the fact that recently the government imposed road taxes while it also established a number of Toll plazas within the distance of few kilometers and announced privatization of electricity which will lead to high payment of bills besides hike in LPG, petrol, diesel prices and non-restoration of 4G are some of the other issues which are creating problems for the common man.
He added that unemployment is increasing at an alarming rate and the educated unemployed youth of J&K UT are not getting any scope or platform to earn bread for themselves and family. He further added that hire and fire clause and increasing working time for labourers is nothing but violation of human rights.
He demanded to waive off the KCC loans availed by the marginal farmers keeping in view the present situation.
