JAMMU, Aug 8 (JNF): Judicial Magistrate 1st class R.S Pura Geeta Kumara directed SHO Miran Sahib to register FIR in a complaint filed against some PDD employees who allegedly committed several offences including assault, trespass and did not maintain social distance, thereby committed cognizable offences. The complaint moved to CJM Jammu Deepak Sethi who assigned the case on 6th August to Munsiff Judicial Magistrate RS Pura. The complaint was moved by Advocate AK Sawhney against Sourabh Kaith JE , Ashwini Chaudhary JE, Satish Sharma JE, Gurjeet Singh F/M, Ishwar Dayal meter reader, Tilak Raj meter reader, Gautam Kumar meter reader, Gurmeet Singh meter reader, Surjit Kumar meter reader, Ashwani Kumar Lineman and RK Gupta AEE. Advocate Sawhney urged before the court that accused with criminal intention in a gang entered the house of the complainant Devinder Kumar Bali, who is a retired Deputy Commandant BSF, now settled in Miran Sahib. The PDD employees when entered the house of the complainant did not maintain social distancing and were not wearing masks, adding that they started abusing complainant’s wife and mother, who is approximately 85 years old. It was organized offence. SHO Miran Sahib and SSP Jammu were intimated by written complaints but all in vain and no action was taken. The order passed by the 1st Munsiff RS Pura reads. JNF`
