| Samba Forest Division organizes plantation drive in Bishnah | | |

Jammu, Aug 14: The Forest Department in Samba Forest Division today organized a Van Mohatsav under “Green J&K” drive in Munsiff court complex Bishnah, plantation was organized in the collaboration with revenue department in supervision of Som Dut Khajuria DFO Samba.
During the Van Mohatsav Ananta Raina Munsiff, Munsiff court BIshnah was guest of honour, here she also planted sapling of some plants, On this occasion Tehsildar Bishnah also took active part in the plantation.
The plantation was attended by Mohd. Salim Malik Range Officer Purmandal & Rakeshwar Singh Block Forest Officer Balole. Speaking on the occasion Som Dutt Khajuria DFO Samba said that, now it has become our moral duty to plant more and more trees. As due to global warming temperature on mother the earth is rising day by day . Mohd. Saleem Range officer Purmandal addressing locals said that due to increase in population and daily needs of human being there has come imbalance in environment ,for that forest department needs coopration of every human being to grow more and more trees so that a fight against global warming can be indicated. |
