| Ayushman Bharat : J&K Health Scheme cards distributed in Bishnah | | | JAMMU, Sept 24: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Jammu South Abhishek Abrol along with Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Jammu Dr J P Singh, Block Medical Officer, Bishnah Dr Rakesh Magotra and Chairman Nations Development Association (NDA) Sushil Singh Charak distributed Golden Cards in Bishnah under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) and J&K Health Scheme.
Sushil Singh Charak, Chairman NDA termed this scheme as historic and gave the message of Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir to the beneficiaries. Jammu and Kashmir Health Scheme (JKHS) will provide free of cost universal health coverage to all residents of Jammu and Kashmir, who are presently not covered under AB-PMJAY & JKHS.
It will provide an annual health cover of Rs 5 lakh per family on a floater basis to the beneficiaries including Government employees/ pensioners.
