BJP enslaved farmers under corporate sector: DYC President | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 30: DYC President Er. Neeraj Choudhary today emphasised that the BJP led government the Centre has enslaved farmers under the corporate sector. In a statement issued here today, Er. Neeraj Choudhary, District President Jammu Rural JKPYC said that farmers are pushed to devastation by the anti-farmers bills passed by BJP led Government. “Under Farm Bills, BJP enslaved the farmers at the hands of big business establishments,” he added. “Farmers’ income and the price of produce will be directly in the hands of big corporate houses whom the farmers will have no contact with. The Minimum Support Price (MSP) will be solely decided by the private players,” Neeraj claimed. Adjoining to the Mandi system of buying and selling, there would be a separate Mandi of unlicensed and unregistered private players who would enslave the farmers while buying their crop production on the prices they decide, protesting farmers said and added that farm bills will enslave them under the corporate sector. Choudhary said lakhs of farmers and more than 250 Organisation of farmers are protesting against the BJP led Government for amending ‘Anti-Farmer’ Bills 2020 and Even the parties in collaboration with NDA are protesting against BJP led Government. To sabotage the state economy and vandalize the income of the farms the BJP led government has come up with the anti-farmers laws, Choudhary said and added that the farm bills must be withdrawn as they are not beneficial for farmers. |
