Srinagar, Oct 10: The government-owned parking lots in the summer capital here that were leased out have come under scanner for alleged scams in the allotment of the space. Highly places sources said some of such parking lots were allotted on yearly-basis on minimum bids of around Rs one million per annum by some of the concerned authorities in the summer capital of Srinagar.
