DODA, Oct 17: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Doda, Kishori Lal Sharma, convened meeting of President and Ward members/ Counsellors of Municipal Counsel Doda to discuss the modalities for Urban Public Reach out program –My town, My Pride.
The ADC appealed President and ward members to work in tandem and coordination with the administration so that people of the town get benefitted of the new initiative of the Government.
He informed that departments involved in public service delivery like issuance of domicile certificates, widow/disabled /old age pension, enrolment and up-dation of Aadhar, issuance of birth/ death certificate, sanction of loans to start-ups/ entrepreneurs by banks and others shall set up a dedicated stalls/Kiosk at the venue of the program.
The ADC also discussed and finalised daily activity plan of the visiting officer. |
