Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct, 27: Movement for Justice for Refugees (MJR-47) has paid tributes to the martyrs of 1947 tribal raid in Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. "Presently 3rd and 4th generation of the DPs of '47 from POJK, most of whom are still living in the same refugee camps of 1947, suffering under sub human conditions facing hardships as if in exile from their own country. It is almost six years since the state govt. in Oct 2014 and Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs, GOI in Dec 2014 vide its report no 183, recommended number of financial, social, educational, special employment package, aids and reforms, but both these recommendations are eating dust in the files of govt", the release reads. It further stated that we MJR-47 , Movement for Justice for Refugees of 1947 from POJK, vow to fight till our last breath to bring justice for our DPs/Refugee brethern and appealed the govt to implement the reforms as recommended by the highest body of the country and give justice delayed for 73 years now. |
