Jammu, Oct 28: NGO, Third Eye Anti Crime Team today felicitated DTI Inspector Ashwani Kumar of Narwal for his Work. Chairman Sham Lal Gupta welcomed him with bouquets of flowers and then Honored him with Momento. Appreciating his work, "Gupta said that a Person had an Accident in the Past, Seeing Serious Condition Inspector Ashwani Kumar got him in his Car and rushed him to the Hospital and got him treated, which saved his Precious Life."
