Jammu, Nov 25: A deputation of All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teacher Federation (AJKLTF) affiliated to Bartiya Majdoor Sangh called on Advisor to the Governor Rajeev Rai Batnagar. The deputation brought in the notice of Advisor that Corruption, Nepotism and favoritism is ruling the roost in the Education department only such teachers are get the suitable transfer who must make warm the hands of the agents. Deputation also demanded that an enquiry be made in the recent transfers made by the administrative Department. So that clear picture of transfer policy be brought in the public domain and agents involved be declared deadwood, corrupt and given the retirement before time. Large No. of the posts of H/M, ZEO, Principal are lying vacant. School without heads cannot perform upto the mark so all the posts of Headmaster ZEO and principals must be filled without any delay. All the surplus masters must be adjusted keeping in view their health condition, retirements etc, they said. “DPC of masters must be done which is pending for last seven years and large no. of posts are lying vacant in the schools and promoted master in the list of 2014 send in the backward areas be brought back to their home localities without any delay”, they demanded, adding that regularisation of H/M, ZEO’s, CEO’s Principals be done without any delay in their regular pay grades. Deputation was comprised of Shemsher Singh, Arun Sharma, Mohan Singh, Madan Singh, Kulbhushan Kumar, Kuldeep Singh, Dharminder Singh and others.
