Jammu, Nov 28: GDC Ghagwal organized an extension lecture on the topic “Career opportunities”. The event was organized by career counseling cell under the supervision and guidance of Prof. Suresh Sharma, Principal GDC Ghagwal. Shivani Sharma, Head of the Department, Education was the resource person who guided students and explained in detail the various career opportunities in private and government sector. She talked about SWAYAM, MOOC and about various entrance examinations like MAT, IBPS, UPSC, etc. The event started at 11:00 A.M on online platform Google meet and was attended by students as well as staff members. Dr. Deepika Sharma (HOD Dogri) was convener of the event and was organized by the organizing committee that constituted of Dr. Jyoti Bala (Lecturer in the Department of Education) and Vandana Dutt (Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Sciences).
In the end, Dr. Jyoti Bala gave the formal vote of thanks.
