JAMMU, Jan 14: A family of influential doctors in Pir Panjal Range had encroached upon the land of a Government Hospital with the active connivance of hospital authority and the Revenue Department, which never took action against the illegal activity.
Sources told Early Times that there is a family in Pir Panjal Range in which 3-4 members are doctors and all are on administrative positions and have been sitting on their choicest hospitals. Shockingly they have encroached upon the land of a hospital which is situated in the prime location of one of the districts in Pir Panjal Range.
It has been reported that a former senior official in the Revenue Department had allegedly helped the doctors to grab the hospital land. The concerned Tehsildar was when contacted, said that he had asked for the documents from the Hospital authority many a time but they didn't provide him the same. When the concerned Medical Superintendent was contacted, he said that he had no knowledge of this issue but would find out the facts. |
