Srinagar, Feb 4: Two morning flights from New Delhi were cancelled on Thursday due to fresh light snowfall and poor visibility at Srinagar International Airport, where 19 incoming and outgoing flights were cancelled on Wednesday. Meanwhile, hundreds of passengers, including women, children and elderly persons, who could not travel to their respective destinations after flights were cancelled alleged that they had to wait at the airport for full day without any refreshment, including a glass of water. Officials said GoAir flight which was scheduled to land at Srinagar airport at 0755 hrs and IndiGo flight at 0810 hrs from New Delhi have been cancelled due to poor visibility. Therefore, both the flights which were scheduled to take off from here at 0830 hrs and 0840 have been cancelled. The other flights are delayed, they said adding air traffic will be resumed only after improvement in the visibility.
