| Lecture on women health, hygiene held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 12: An interactive session on women health and hygiene was conducted in the premises of GDC Nagrota today. Meena Bharti, Medical Officer NTPHC Nagrota was the resource person while Attar Singh Kotwal , Principal of the College welcomed the resource person and talked about the importance of women in building a strong society and nation. Bharti talked mainly about the hesitation in young girls to come forward with their health issues. She educated young girls about basic health and hygiene guidelines to be followed. She urged girl students to visit gyanecologist as and when required for proper guidance and treatment. The Lecture was attended by the students and staff members of the college including Prof. Anjali Mahajan, Prof. Shalini Raina, Prof. Manisha Kumari, Prof. Aanchal Sharma, and Dr Harmeet Kour. |
