VIJAYPUR, Feb 17: Ex-Councilor Vijaypur and Member PCC Babal Gupta along with a large number of Congress workers celebrated the landslide victory of the party in Municipal elections in Punjab. The jubilant Congress activists led by Babal Gupta danced on the beats of drums while distributed sweets and burst crackers.
Speaking on the occasion, Babal Gupta congratulated all the party leaders and ground level workers for securing a historic win in Punjab.
